Payments
Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Shipping & Delivery
Currently, all our items are made to order in our factory.
At this time of year, our lead time is 6 weeks for manufacture, and orders are shipped within 5 days of completion.

We use our shipping partner TUNL for all international orders.
For deliveries to the UK/EU: Expected delivery time is 5-8 days using FedEx or UPS Express.
For deliveries to the US: the expected delivery time is 15-20 days using the Tunl economy service.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number is sent to you to let you know exactly where your package is on its journey to you. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
We offer free shipping for all international orders, including duties and tax charges.

Yes, we ship our products all over the world.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, in cases where an item has been damaged in transit, we will refund the customer once images have been assessed on a case by case basis.
In the event of a customer changing their mind about their purchase, we will assess the exchange / refund request but due to international shipping constraints, we withhold the right to decline the request.

Once your order has arrived, customers have 7 days to let us know if their item has arrived damaged, after which the images will be inspected and in applicable cases, a refund will be issued.
In the case when the product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund subject to the assessment of images of the damaged goods.
